We kindly ask that you read the following terms and conditions governing the check-in and check-out procedures at our villa rentals: 1. Time Management and Delay Notification: We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as delayed flights, traffic jams, issues with luggage or car rentals may affect your travel plans. To manage our schedule effectively and maintain our high level of service, we provide a calculator on this page that takes into account your planned activities and transportation method to estimate your arrival time. We kindly ask that you use this tool to inform us about your estimated time of arrival. We welcome our guests at any time; however, respecting the anticipated arrival time is crucial for our operations. Should any delay be noticed, it is essential to inform a staff member immediately. This proactive communication allows us to make necessary adjustments and ensures a smooth check-in experience for you and our other guests. 2. Standard Check-In and Check-Out Times: Our standard check-in and check-out times are carefully established to provide the best experience for all guests. These timings allow us ample time for thorough cleaning and villa preparation. Free check-in and check-out are provided within these standard timeframes, which are detailed in your booking confirmation. 3. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Requests: We strive to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests wherever possible. Please note that such requests can be made via our booking page but can only be confirmed 48 to 72 hours prior to arrival or upon your arrival for late check-outs. Please be aware, these might not always be feasible due to other guest reservations and cleaning requirements. 4. Luggage Drop-Off Service: In situations where early check-in isn't feasible, we offer a luggage drop-off service from 12 pm. You can deposit your luggage, continue with your plans, and return after the villa is clean and ready. 5. Additional Charges: Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur extra charges due to the need for additional staff or accelerated cleaning processes. These charges cover our staff's extra time, especially during our regular break hours from 12 pm to 4 pm. 6. Peak Season Operations: During peak seasons, given the large number of villas we manage, we request your understanding and cooperation for smooth check-in operations. For specific check-in times, please notify us in advance. 7. Grace Period and Rescheduling: We offer a 30-minute grace period for check-ins. Delays beyond this may necessitate a rescheduling of your check-in to a later time, as per our availability. We assure you of our best efforts to make any rescheduling swift and convenient. 8. Legal Requirements: Just like hotels, we are mandated by law to collect and verify information from a valid international ID for every guest. Each guest must personally sign the check-in document. These measures ensure a secure and pleasant stay for all. 9. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required before the key delivery. This deposit must be settled and clear in our account before your arrival. This measure is designed to protect both the guest and the property owner and is standard in the industry. 10. Group Arrivals: Your rental price includes one check-in procedure. If group members arrive at different times, necessitating additional staff visits, an extra charge of 40 euros per visit will apply. We recommend coordinating arrivals as closely as possible to avoid additional charges. 11. Villa Inspection Upon Arrival: Upon checking into the villa, we encourage guests to immediately inspect the property for any discrepancies, damages, or cleaning issues. It is essential for such concerns to be reported to our staff promptly upon arrival. This allows us to verify and address the matter efficiently. If issues are noticed and reported after the first day or longer into the stay, we may not be able to consider them as valid complaints. This policy is in place to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these terms.
