The early check-in and late check-out can be confirmed only 48 to 72 hours before the required scheduled time; this is due to the need to make sure that there won't be any other customer with check-in or check-out on the same day.

We highly emphasize that guests inspect the villa immediately upon arrival. If any discrepancies or damages are found after you've stayed for a day or more, we cannot guarantee that they will be considered as valid complaints. I've been in the villa for a couple of days and just noticed a damage or cleaning issue. Can I still report this?

Each of our villas has its unique check-in and check-out timings, but typically, you can expect check-in times to be between 4pm to 9pm, and check-out times to be from 8am to 12pm. However, these hours may vary for different villas. We recommend you to visit our check-in page to get the exact details for the villa you're interested in. This page will provide you with specific check-in and check-out times, helping ensure your plans align seamlessly with our schedule.

Modifications to the check-in and check-out times are dependent on availability and can be made online until 6 PM on the day prior to arrival. Can I modify my check-in or check-out time after booking?

In the event that early check-in is not available, we offer the option for customers to leave their luggage with us during the cleaning process starting from 12 PM. They can then proceed with the check-in procedure and collect the key. Rest assured that the villa will be fully prepared and ready for their return at the regular check-in time. To ensure smooth arrangements, please inform us in advance if you require this service by writing in the note in the check-in form.

As a part of our standard procedure, we collect the passports of all guests staying with us. This practice is in line with legal requirements and follows the same protocol followed by hotels.

As per legal requirements, all guests must provide a valid international ID, such as a passport. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the inability to complete the check-in process.

Can guests refuse to provide their passports?

We provide a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals beyond the scheduled check-in time. However, please be aware that if you exceed this grace period, our staff might be required to move on to another check-in appointment. In such cases, your check-in will need to be rescheduled at the next available time slot, and an additional cost may apply for the rescheduling.

This cost is necessary to cover the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling and to ensure that our staff is available at the adjusted time to accommodate your check-in.

What is the policy for late arrivals beyond the scheduled check-in time?

If you anticipate being late for your scheduled check-in time, we recommend notifying us in advance. While we cannot guarantee the waiver of the extra cost, notifying us in advance allows us to make necessary arrangements and assess the possibility of accommodating your revised check-in time without incurring additional charges. You can edit, free of charge, your check in time anytime till 6pm on the day prior arrival.

Can I avoid the extra cost if I inform you in advance about my delayed arrival?
