About the location
Very quiet area with amazing open view towards Gibraltar.
West side Marbella and close by the Atalaya golf course and El Paraiso golf
What makes this great
The large plot and spacious indoor area.
Some bedrooms at the ground floor are huge and can easily accommodate 4 people each.
Score metrics
The villa is lovely and the plot is large, giving the feeling of living like a Hollywood star.
On the downside, it's not a secluded gated community but it's a safe area.
